A Culinary Delight in France I recently had one of the most wonderful culinary experiences in France at a charming restaurant that exceeded all expectations.The menu was superb, offering a delightful array of amazing food options that left me thoroughly impressed. One highlight of the meal was the exquisite asparagus with Tahini and mushrooms Consommé.The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the dish was executed flawlessly, truly a culinary masterpiece.Each bite was a delight to the senses, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. To top off the meal, I indulged in the chocolate fondue, a timeless classic with a 41-year-old recipe.The rich, velvety chocolate was a decadent treat that left me craving for more.It was the perfect ending to a perfect meal, and I savored every last bite. The service at the restaurant was exceptional, with attentive staff who made sure that every detail was taken care of.Their passion for food and hospitality truly shone through, adding to the overall wonderful experience. My friend invited us for a tea time.We loved the location.We didn’t have to be in line because we had a reservation.That came with a salted order and a sweet one.We also got tea which was so beautifully presented.Service was great and the place was nice and quiet.We enjoyed it.
We had a great lunch with 3-course executed to perfection (especially the trout!).The cocktails were deliciously subtle.Even the coffee was accompanied by elegant chocolate coated grains and biscuits. We were seated at a table with a panoramic view of Saint Eustache Church and met with very professional and well timed service. The whole experience was well thought through, the story telling was coherent from menu to decor, and mirrored the history of Bourse de Commerce (ex.Halles aux blés).
