Restaurant R'evolution dazzled us with an unforgettable dining experience! 🌟 Situated in The Royal Sonesta, this Creole gem combines elegance with delicious comfort food.

We started with the delightful Spring Equinox salad and the incredible Oyster on the half shell, both bursting with flavor. For the main course, the Fire Roasted Short Rib was exquisite, paired delightful crispy Brussels sprouts.

The highlight, of course, was the Strawberry Mousse Entremet - truly divine! 🍰 The service was impeccable, with attentive staff like Kevin and Rome making the evening even more special. Can’t wait to return on my next trip to NOLA!
