The guys and I went out for lunch.Red Robin's wasn't very busy, so we stopped in to eat there. We were taken to a table and greeted by our server Derrick. Derrick was very helpful, polite, and attentive to our table.He is honestly why I am giving this place 3 stars instead of only 2.Derrick's service to us was easily 5 stars. The food was good, however, it was far from gourmet. I could see the sauces being warmed up in there plastic bottles in the microwaves. The food came out alittle cold, especially the fries on the first time around. I was disapointed with my "gourmet" burger, as the tomato was not only small, also extremely thin.I could see the cheese through it.I understand if the large tomatoes are not in season, but at least put 2 or 3 on them. We also had milkshakes, which were very good and well worth it.

I absolutely love Red Robin and the only reason this location is getting three stars is because this is the only location that makes you pay for the milkshake that comes with the refill tin without actually giving you the tin.It says RIGHT ON the menu that it comes with the tin.I was sooo excited to be able to get a milk shake cause the machine is always broken and it didn't come with the tin and the consistency of the milkshake was not as thick as it should have been.Otherwise the food was great, just super bummed about that.

Disappointing, seriously lacking & overpriced!! The table we were seated on was dirty, several tables were dirty while hostess and others were just standing around, we had to ask for somebody to wipe the table they sat us on Important to note only two tables were occupied so not busy at all Server showed up, took our orders and was never seen again for the whole visit Food was brought by another person, burgers were ok but the fries were cold or barely warm (obviously not freshly made) We wanted more fries and refills on drinks but no one was available I walked to the kitchen where several servers were chatting back there I asked for refills and fries, they said ok but no one came after another 10 minutes waiting We paid on the table and left Very disappointing and not really sure how they stay in business with such poor service and obviously poor management
