Normally their pizza is one of my favs, but this was an utter failure.
Took over an hour to get a 7" pizza, the guy left it at the front desk, when I opened the box this was the worst pizza ever.
Flat and nasty cheese stuck to the box, Luke warm, the tomatoes were horrible.
The box says fresh and delicious and it was anything but.
Now I have to at 8:30 at night leave to go find something to eat because there's no decent restaurants around the airport. The guy better enjoy his $5 tip because this place will NEVER see my money again.

How could you be any worse?? This is why people don't hire bad employees.
How can you work at a pizza place, and be messing up pizza orders?!?! Like how do you have a job??? I wasn't the only one, the previous customer complained about messed up order too .
I could hear her yelling....Make it make sense, ticket prints perfect.
But you mess the order up.
I'm eating soggy donatos for the first time in my life.
How can you mess up a set recipe?!? Like how?!? Donatos has been around for 30 years.
Same recipe.
But terrible employees ruin everything.
I had simple instructions, LIGHT SAUCE, and WELL DONE BAKE, and I get soggy undercooked pizza.
That doesn't even look like it came from donatos.
I really hope corporate fires everyone there.

Absolute worst in Columbus because of the people that work there.
Not because of the product.
Soley the service.
I'm so mad I almost want to throw it back at'em.
Even the corners were soggy, it reminds me of the lunchable pizza it so undercooked.
The sausage tastes chewy.
I eat the same pizza once a week, every week.
From a different location.
But this trash, I will never come to this location again

The last few times we've been to Donatos, the food has been terribly burnt.
It was so burnt this last time, that it was all you could taste.
It was just absolutely terrible food and we won't be returning.
We had a frozen pizza two nights after and it was so much better that it was embarrassing.
Just save your money and buy a frozen pizza instead lol
