I recently dined at Cafe Istanbul in Easton and it was a delightful experience! The vibrant atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, perfect for a casual evening out.
We started with the complementary bread and dipping sauce that was bursting with saffron and herb flavors. For my main, I chose the Moussaka – it was deliciously layered and quite generous in portion. My friend enjoyed the Sauteed Lamb, tender and flavorful with crunchy peppers.
The attentive staff really elevated our visit, ensuring our needs were met throughout. Overall, a great spot for authentic Mediterranean cuisine! Definitely coming back! 😊
