Black young male manager needs to do better with making sure all customers gets their orders correct I’ve been there a few times and they can’t seem to get something so simple correct and out the window.Not listening and taking those orders off the screen fast is the reason I give 0 stars I worked at McDonald’s years ago so I know how everything goes and now a days these managers act like teenagers on the phones just doing whatever and not getting customers orders correct.
This place was HORRIBLE I asked for different bags because my family was hungry so we got food the lady at the drive through was so disrespectful and rude when we pulled up to the window we told her specifically to put the orders in separate bags, and we asked she said please, but she said OK we pulled up and she gave us two bags with bags in them to for us to separate them our self then she went to go get the manager that acts like her mother and dad.The manager was really disrespectful unruly she even almost dropped our food.This McDonald’s has no respect for there customers and there horrible this all happened to me last night
Service was horrible.Girl working told us we could use the kiosk when we wanted to order at the counter.Took all the pop knobs off then gave us cups to self serve drinks when we were unable. Completely unprofessional when communicating.Restaurant was dirty and had a smell. Only good thing was the nice man that came and actually took our order. I understand it’s fast food, but do better.
