If I could give a 10 for service I sure would.
The crew at 4PM today were friendly, kind, motivated, and made eating in a pleasure! Some of the nicest customer service I've experienced.

Unsanitary and rude; When I entered the restaurant, I was the only customer there.
2 women working said nothing to me.
Finally they took my order.
I noticed one woman (braided black and red hair) was cutting meat and eating some pieces of the meat while stacking the rest, unsanitary.
The other person made my sandwich while she was also taking pieces of the meat and eating it.
When finished she put the sandwich on the counter, walked away and said absolutely nothing to me.
I asked if this was mine and she said well you're the only one in here.
No thank you, no apology, nothing.
I didn't feel comfortable eating that sandwich since she had been openly eating while making it, so I left it on the floor for them to pick up.
These 2 women should not be employed anywhere, especially the food service industry and I will not eat at Jimmy Johns again.

I placed a delivery yesterday and the delivery driver.
He is so amazing.
