I ordered from this location off UberEATS and they were out of an item so they proceeded to replace it with something I didn't ask for and so I'll still be charged for it.They also neglected to give us the fries we paid for with our meals.They should've just canceled the order at that point from their end, how disrespectful.Low down bait and switch thievery! EDIT: Star added back for being refunded.Still hate how it was handled, but appreciative.
Went to pick up mobile order @ 8pm. Girl at drive through said their closed. I looked in the restaurant as I drove past the window at they still have a bunch of chicken! Closed at 8 pm... She just didn't want to put my order together.
If you value your time do no order at this store.With an empty store I ordered a 16 Pc meal and it took them 34 minutes to serve the order.Couldn’t do anything but look at these yahoos wasting my time.Popeyes chicken is great, but the service at this store cannot be worse.
