Darla’s Southern Cajun Bistro is a hidden gem! 🌟 I visited from out of state and was blown away by the authentic flavors. The catfish was a standout - perfectly fried and paired beautifully with their unique grits cake, which is like a savory pancake topped with bacon crumbles.

Our server, Regina, made our family feel right at home, even with three kids in tow. The vibe is casual but welcoming!

I did notice a renovation hole in the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting, but the amazing food more than made up for it. I'll definitely be back for more delicious soul food! 🍽️
