Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican offers a casual vibe perfect for families and friends, though my experience was a mixed bag. 🌮

The fire-grilled chicken burrito was tasty, packed with flavor, but I was disappointed when they ran out of black beans and steak early in the evening. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which took away from the experience.
