Pizza Hut may be known for convenience, but my recent experience sadly fell short.

I ordered a variety of pizzas and wings from the Ashley River Road location, hoping for a cozy night in. The delivery was timely, and the driver was friendly. However, when we opened the box, the pizzas seemed mostly like bread and cheese - definitely not what I expected! 🍕

I had to re-bake some of them, which was frustrating. I also faced some awkward moments with staff who didn’t offer a warm welcome.

The potential is there, but they need better quality control and customer service... Would I order from here again? Probably not.
