Chick-fil-A

I came to this location for lunch after my family member had surgery nearby.
One of my Chick-fil-A sandwiches were cut in half.
I didn’t notice until I got home and gave it to my child after he got out of school.
I called the location, and they said that they remembered putting it in the wrong bag.
They offered me a free sandwich coupon to use at any location, since I got less than half of a piece of chicken.
I gave her my name and told her that I had the app.
A week later, I went to another location to use my free sandwich coupon.
It wasn’t on my app.
I called back and left a voicemail.
No one has called me back.
I will not be visiting this one again.
I shouldn’t have to call two or three times to get a refund for something that I should have gotten originally.
I love Chick-fil-A, and I have never had a bad experience with one until this location.
So disappointed.

MOLDED FRUIT ON MY SALAD! I get it…This is definitely a super busy chick-fila and usually pretty good service, however because I’m there so much I’ve definitely had my share of disappointments as well.
This one took the cake though when I was excited to eat my salad only to find that all the strawberries were green and black from mold.
When I took the salad back and showed the manager she was very nonchalant and never sent my reward that was promised.
It doesn’t surprise me though because they don’t answer the phone & usually drag their feet to make things right.
Still a huge fan or the company but Wont be ordering my favorite salad again at this location.

I have gone to this Chick-fil-A more times than I can count.
But recently on this one occasion, I actually had a hair cooked into the nugget that I almost ate.
I did contact the store via Facebook messenger and never heard anything back from them about this situation.
I would expect to hurt something back approximately two weeks after the incident.
But still nothing.
