I ordered Chicken Chow Mein and was given soggy grey chicken soaking in water with onions and cucumbers and no noodles.Extremely disappointed and had to order a whole new dinner from another restaurant.
I am not one to write reviews but, I was very disappointed in my service.I placed an order for honey chicken wings and received crispy honey chicken.When I saw the mistake, I called back to let them know that I was coming back because I ordered chicken wings.I haven't had any major issued before and didn't think it would be hard to rectify this issue.Instead they went back and forth about what was said and the difference between the two.She didn't try to fix my order or try to help.She was very abrupt and argumentative.I have been a long time customer but, I do not tolerate rudeness.
Middling food quality, sometimes better than others, sometimes not, but a decent amount of food, heavy on the soy for Kung Po, and not that spicy, compared to what I'm used to.
