Went there for breakfast.
Customer service was over the top.
Alexis greeted us good morning with a big good morning smile.
She definitely did her thing, and the food was great! This is how every fast food establishment should greet every customer...
the greeting and smile that makes you look forward to the next visit.

Absolutely terrible!!! Cold food, horrific service, dirty tables, dirty floors, the restroom had no soap or towels.
Was afraid to even take a wiz in there. Asked for the manager.
The workers seemed dumbfounded.
The manager was worse.
Just plain brain dead.....the whole crew!!! The manager didn't say one word and offered no explanation.
Said nothing. Never saw anything like it. I will be calling corporate. Used to be good years ago.
What happened??? Walked out and left my food. **UPDATE *** Contacted Hardee's guest relations. They did absolutely nothing!!!! Will never go to Hardee's again.
