I ordered a personal pan for lunch and 3/4 of the pizza is still raw.
First and last time at this location.
I almost puked from the texture of the first bite.
Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money.

I really cannot rate the food or atmosphere because I never received the food and I placed the order through the app.
Be AWARE that Pizza Hut on 5th Avenue South, Birmingham, AL will not refund your money if the delivery driver does not deliver your food to you.They expect the individual that has purchased the food to figure out who walked in Pizza Hut and picked up your food in pretence they were going to deliver.

We started eating here about 4 or 5 months ago and honestly there has only been once that my pizza was too greasy but it was thin crust so maybe that's why.
Other than that it has been really good every time we order.
Reading most of these reviews I'm shocked because this is one of the best pizza huts I've eaten at and one of 5 places I will eat at downtown (so far).
We sometimes ate here as many as 3 times in a week just because we knew it would be good vs the risk of paying $40 for food that we can't eat.
Maybe don't get delivery if that seems to be an issue but I order online and go pick it up, most I have to wait is maybe 10 15 minutes if something isn't ready.
