I've always loved Pizza Hut, but my recent experience at this location was disappointing. I ordered the Hot & Honey, Big New Yorker, and a large stuffed crust, but what I received were three sauceless pizzas. 😩

The wait time was almost two hours, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit unprofessional. I appreciate the convenience of their services like no-contact delivery and curbside pickup, but I wish the food quality matched the service options.
