My overall experience was okay here, we’ve been wanting to try it since we drive by constantly and we ordered a variety of food, crab Rangoon and a bowl of soup. The crab Rangoon had little to no filling I took a picture after a bite and had but a smidge of filling.Soup had good flavor but came out lukewarm. The entrees on the other hand were pretty decent. The service was good and the waitress was attentive at filling our drinks though
The food was terrible. We ordered Uber eats of two servings of shrimp fried rice, but the rice was undercooked and had a crunchy texture. The sweet and sour shrimp was over-fried with too much baking powder, making them resemble donuts instead of shrimp.Even with the sauce, the dish was inedible. It was a complete waste of money.
The ambiance is great and wonderfully decorated! Then....they took the decorations down as we were eating.Apparently, the cool decorations were only for the Chinese New Year. What a letdown. The menu does not accurately describe the food.I was so hungry and they brought out the crispy noodle dinner which had mushrooms in it.That was NOT in the description.I have a very bad mushroom allergy and had I not visualized them before I ate I would be in the hospital. The staff was very gracious and accommodating and fixed me a new dish quickly. It was delicious. My friend had the dish Ginger-Scallion Fish and she commented that it was just the right amount of spices.
