Phở Lưu is simply a gem for Vietnamese cuisine! 🌟 I stopped in for a quick lunch and was blown away by the massive portions. The grilled beef rice noodle bowl was bursting with flavor - definitely enough for two meals!

I also tried the spring rolls that come with a great dipping sauce. While the strip mall setting is casual, the cozy atmosphere made it a pleasant dining experience.

Service was efficient, with a friendly staff who genuinely care. I’ll be back for more of that delicious milk tea boba smoothie! 🍜✨
