Tacos Del Gordo is a gem in Colorado Springs! 🌮 I recently visited and tried the tamale/relleno combo - what a delight! The relleno was generously stuffed with cheese, paired perfectly with refried beans. My husband enjoyed the taco combo, and let me tell you, there was no skimping on the meat!

The nachos were fresh, and those churros? Simply divine! The only downside was the wait time, but it’s absolutely worth it. The atmosphere was friendly, and service was quick. Can’t wait to come back and try the chili Relleno burrito next! Highly recommend! 🎉
