Jun Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar offers an authentic taste of Japan right in Colorado Springs! 🌟

Though there were some hiccups with seating arrangements, the attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere made up for it. I devoured the Las Vegas Roll, which was absolutely delicious - perfectly glazed rice and fresh ingredients!

The chicken katsu with mustard sauce was a standout dish, too. The ambiance was calm and inviting, great for a quiet meal. Just a small suggestion: it would be nice if the staff checked in more often. I'll definitely be back for more tasty sushi and curry! 🍣✨
