4/14/24 @Elsa thank you for responding and being willing to make this right. Ordered a large White Rabbit pizza tonight and had an extra topping added.
Paid $30.00 plus tip.
What I got was a medium, at best and skimpy on the toppings.
I even questioned assistant manager Richard, "Is that a large?", he assured me it was.
It appears their prices have gone up and their pizzas have gotten smaller.
We have ordered several pizzas from here and recommended it to others.
Horribly disappointing.
It was good while it lasted.
Won't be going back.

Your pizza did not meet our standards for a 16".

I want to start off by saying I'll try them again soon.
I think I may have ordered at the wrong time.
Also, possibly ordered the wrong things. We ordered the cheesy bread and the wedding pizza.
The cheesy bread was like a knock off Dominos cheesy bread.
It tasted like an extremely cheesy grilled cheese.
The wedding pizza was so greasy it soaked through the box before we got to start eating it.
Each slice dripping grease and oil uncontrollably.
For a chicken, spinach, and artichoke pizza I'm not sure were all the grease came from.
It tasted alright, I would like to try maybe just a plain pepperoni. They get good reviews so it was probably a one off.
I will update this review after my other order.
I really wanted this to be amazing like everyone else's experience.

I'm a big fan of the 5-Star Eatery, in general - I love the ice cream and custard and I really like the concept.
We finally got a chance to try the pizza and found it to get it be very good. We tried 2 pizzas because we did one of their deals and got a 1-topping for free.
And, although both were quite good, we actually like the single topping pepperoni better! We also ordered a Boom Stik, which was pretty tasty but part of it was pretty uncooked, so we couldn't eat it all (which was ok, as we had plenty of food...but still was a shame).
One thing I would mention to anyone thinking about going with the Boom Stik is that it's really more of a meal than an appetizer (the way the multiple tastes combine it feels more filling than a typical appetizer). All around, I feel that we got some pretty good pizza, here! I think the undercooked issue was because they were super busy on that day.
We'll definitely be trying them again!
