We recently visited P.F.Chang's and decided to try the Chef's Feast, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable meal.We started with pork dumplings, a fresh salad, and egg drop soup.Everything tasted great and hit the spot. For the main dishes, I had the Mongolian beef with brown rice, and it was cooked just right—tender and flavorful. My girlfriend ordered the chicken lo mein, and she loved it, saying it was just right. The atmosphere at the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy dinner.Even though the restaurant was busy, we didn't have to wait long for a table, which was a pleasant surprise. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, checking in on us regularly without being overbearing. Overall, we had a great time at P.F.Chang's.The food was delicious, and the service and atmosphere made it a place we'd definitely visit again.
The nearby group with the rowdy children could have ruined our dining experience, but they left when we received our entrées, so they only disrupted our first 2 courses. We shared their special lettuce wraps appetizer, and I ordered a salad, and my hubby chose the egg drop soup, so we could sample each other's.We also chose different chicken entrées and different rice for added variety. The only thing we did not care for were the strange noodles in the orange chicken dish. However, with so much rice (both brown and white), the noodles were unnecessary anyway. After we had eaten plenty, I combined our remaining rice, my chicken, veggies, and somewhat tangy sauce with his slightly bland chicken to provide more than enough to heat in my wok for tasty lunches the next day. With the $14 6 layer rich chocolate cake (6 slices by dividing each layer), and the $10 take-home beef fried rice, we both managed to have 2 more yummy meals. The advertised $20 3-course dinners offer good selections with generous portions for a reasonable price.Their current deals are certainly worth taking advantage of!
This P.F.Chang's has a very good atmosphere. Not a loud restaurant, and tables are situated so you're not on top of everyone. We ordered the Chef's Feast with Pork Dumplings, salad and Signature Lo Mein with chicken and beef. That was a good deal to do it that way. We also ordered the Chicken with broccoli, Sesame Chicken and Northern Style Spare Ribs. All were cooked perfectly and presented well. We had a celebration this evening and they included a slice of Great Wall of Chocolate cake to share along with a sparkling firework! They have paper straws however they don't feel weird like most and they stay strong throughout the meal. Our waitress Natalie was very friendly, provided great service and was always around for questions. A very good experience. The only issue was their POS calculated the tip wrong, it uses tax in the calculation total so be careful when using their method.
