This restaurant came recommended by our hotelier across the street.
Made a quick online reservation the day before.
The day I got a call to confirm our reservation.
This is normally a very good sign that the restaurant has rhings together.
We were seated, and immediately, I noticed the table was very sticky.
I couldn't even figure out what it was the entire meal.
Our server was very sweet and pleasant, Julia was her name.
We ordered some 3 course lunch special and skipped the appetizers since we were on time constraints.
Both of our Med Rare Filets took quite a bit of time to make it out.
The food was served hot and for the money very good.
I think having a brown peppercorn sauce, then chimmi churri, and finally, blue cheese crumbles.
All piled on top was a bit overkill on the filet.
The biggest complaint is that we were seated next to the thermostat, and as we sat there being hot, I could see the air was set on 77 degrees and it was 78 in the restaurant. Would I eat there again, sure! I just hope for a clean table next time, some air conditioning and all the sauces on the side.

310 park south was one of the restaurants I chose for magical dining this year and overall I was happy I did.
The options I chose were the crab brushetta, rock shrimp alfredo, and the oreo delight.
First I'll say I was initially skeptical about the crab brushetta, especially with the pesto added to it, but the crab brushetta was the best part of the meal and the flavors came together perfectly👌.
Secondly I thought the rock shrimp alfredo was pretty good, not mind blowing, but it was good.
Lastly for the dessert I thought the brownie was really good and rich but I'm not sure where the oreo delight part came in since I didn't notice any oreo.
Overall my visit went well and food came out quickly.

Arrived at this restaurant at 9:30 bar tender jayjay was taking care of us 1.
pasta was hard rush cook 2.
the clams seafood should come with linguini pasta not fettuccine pasta.
I informed the jayjay about the Oder is wrong told me that he don’t know anything about the food he’s not the cook and they leave and I should just eat it if I’m really hungry because if I want to take it off my tab he will have to take the meal no problem.
He could have deal with the situation better as a bartender representing your company.
I wish I could give 0 star first time will never come back I hope people read the reviews and don’t come back put good people up front to take care of people.
