My daughter had recommended this Pepe's location and indeed your Tacos are better than the other locations especially when I get them with cilantro on my Tacos and the lady at the drive-thru was very nice and courteous.

I got 3 steak tacos for lunch asked for lite onions and they piled them on that wasn’t my main issue because I just picked some off.but as I was eating my second taco it was a whole piece of plastic I was about to bite into I’m glad I was looking and wasn’t rushing eating in my lunch break…I called the store several times didn’t get an answer when I finally got a answer she asked for a ticket number I told her I didn’t have it gave her exact time I was there and my order which I’m sure she could’ve pulled up in the system but instead she told me they couldn’t do anything without the ticket number and if they did have it they would have to figure out what they could do…I was so mad on top of that I’m expecting and couldn’t even enjoy my lunch

Great customer service horrible food got a beef burrito it was soggy and reminded me of dog food
