September 04, 2024Lem's Bar-B-Q is a classic southside Chicago barbecue joint that lives up to the hype! I finally made the trek and indulged in the JBL special - smoky rib tips that had the perfect smoke ring, paired with their delicious Lems sauce.
The hot links were standout, bursting with flavor and a satisfying snap! I also tried their full slab of ribs; while not fall-off-the-bone tender, they were still tasty.
The only downside? The fries could use some seasoning. 🙃
Plan for a wait, especially during busy times, but trust me, it’s worth it! Highly recommended for all barbecue lovers! 🍖
