Aretha's Dream Restaurant & Catering offers a comforting taste of soul food right in the heart of Chicago. 🌟 I recently indulged in their fried chicken, and I must say, it was perfectly seasoned and so juicy! The sides - especially the apple potato salad and candied yams - were fresh and delightful.

I did find the cornbread a bit underwhelming, but the peach cobbler made up for it! 🍑 Their strawberry cheesecake in a mason jar was a bit too sweet for my taste. Overall, a cozy spot for some soul food that warms the heart. I’ll definitely return for more comfort food!
