Ordered for pickup after the Vatican Museums since it was fairly close by.I got the truffle pasta and my mom got the pesto. The pasta is fresh which is always nice and they give a large portion.I found the truffle pasta to be a bit plain, I definitely should've got the carbonara instead. But overall it's good for the price. One thing to note is that there is nowhere to sit outside here so you'll likely have to stand outside and eat your food unless you're staying nearby.
One of the best affordable pasta dishes I had in Rome.It took a little while to find a seat, but once I did, I was able to enjoy my meal. The food was fresh, and the pesto sauce was delicious. This place is more geared towards takeout, and you can eat outside on the crosswalk. It's a highly touristy spot, but the food is great and affordable.I would definitely recommend it!
I see the hype over this place- Even if it’s a “tourist” trap, it’s some of the best pasta I’ve had in Rome.Had the strozzapretti tartufo and the pappardelle al ragu and both were delicious and cooked perfectly! I believe they serve their pasta ready in 4 minutes like they say but the lines are crazy long so it feels longer.Only down side is they don’t have seating so you sit/stand on the sidewalk to eat.
