October 18, 2024After touring the Vatican Museums, I stumbled upon Pastasciutta, right nearby. I opted for the strozzapretti tartufo while my friend indulged in the cacio e pepe. Both dishes were cooked perfectly al dente and packed with flavor. The truffle sauce had a delightful depth, though a tad salty for my taste. As it’s primarily a takeout spot with limited seating, we enjoyed our meal perched on the sidewalk. Great value for a quick bite in Rome! 🍝
