Pros: Very large servings of the food. Nice services from the waiter. Cons: €2 coperto. Sparkling water was flat. Red wine was either a few days old or just not a very nice wine. Meat on the carbonara was not cooked fresh and came out very dry.
Fantastic restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating down a little side street, away from the hustle and bustle of the museum and Cathedral. We came for lunch right on 12.00 and decided to sit outside. The menu is by QR code, so you can have it in your own language. The waitresses take your order and are very friendly and speak great English. Presentation of the food was great also.We had an entre, main and shared a dessert. The standout of the meal had to be the dessert, which was mascapone with mixed berries. So good! Highly recommended I cannot fault anything.
Stumbled across this place after leaving the Vatican. Was concerned since it was so close that it may be one of the dreaded tourist traps all those travel guides warn you about. However was Probably one of my favorite meals from my entire trip. The pasta was so good.If it was closer to my hotel I’d probably come here a few more times.
