Parasol's is a hidden gem in New Orleans! 🌟 The roast beef Po'Boy was incredible - so tender and packed with flavor, it's definitely messy but worth it! I tried it deconstructed since I didn't have a proper knife, but that didn’t take away from the deliciousness.

Service was top-notch, with Carla being super sweet and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for a laid-back evening with friends.

Just a heads up about parking - it's tricky, but don't let that deter you! I can't wait to try the hot muffalata next time. See you soon! 🍻
