Picked up from the carry out location.
Price was good, nice location, pick up was easy.
Jalapenos are hot....Happy in every way and will order again.
1st time ever having it.

Placed order over the phone.
When I got there to pick up my order, I called in to let them know I was there.
Waited 30 minutes longer just to find out they said they dropped my pizza and asked to wait 15 more minutes.
I agreed, and they didn't charge me for the pizza but charged me for a salad.
When I got home, the salad was wilted and brown.
It was disappointing because we always enjoyed the pizza and salad as well as the timing to pick it up.
I will definitely go back and give it another try, but the pick-up location seems to be going downhill.
The original Oscar's is the bomb and never had a issue.

Hi Jason! That’s disappointing to hear that you think we are going downhill.
We definitely don’t like to hear that.
Apologies for the pizza, we do have newer staff and are working on training, things don’t always go perfect in the kitchen.
Wish you would have given us a call about the salad and management could have taken care of that for you and talked to staff about what’s okay to serve.
Hope you give us another chance to change your review.

Arrived about 10 minutes early for to-go pickup.
Called and checked in on arrival.
Watched several other orders get picked up for customers who arrived after us.
Do not try to go into location.
Sign on door and employees will chase you out.
Finally a girl came to car and asked if she could help.
This was about 25 minutes after we checked in and about 15 minutes after scheduled pick up time.
Told the employee who were were and she said "let me check" and walked away.
During waiting time, watched her talk to her parents who walked into shop and give them a hug while we waited.
Finally she came back with our order.
Pizza and wings were warm at best when we finally received them.
Probably need management to keep an eye on what is happening at this location.

Wish you would have given us a call and asked for management if you were unhappy.
Some days we only have one manager working and they cannot be everywhere at once.
We do allow people inside but since it is a small space we bring your food out to your car if it’s not done.
Only so many people can fit in such a small space.
If you could give us a call and speak to a manager or send us a private message we would like more details so that we can figure out what happened.
