I tried to give them another shot. Nope! Waste of time and money again. I was shocked paying $6+ for a plain cheeseburger with ketchup & mayo. Made the comment "WOW for a cheeseburger" when the cashier told me the price.I don't think she was happy about my comment.I made it out loud to myself in shock.She had a bit of an attitude or was anxious to go home.I don't know but, obviously not thrilled. When I got to my destination, about 5 minutes away, I opened the foam box and took a bite.It was cold.The bun, the burger, all cold so I looked inside the burger and it was raw! Never a good experience at any Don & Millie's. They aren't customer friendly! They definitely don't take customers into their for thoughts when it comes to customer service. But their prices are ridiculous! Has anyone ever gone to In-N-Out burger on the west coast? They sell $4.00 burgers even in this economy and they get it right all the time.Staff is nice and a great environment.They let you buy shirts through the drive thru. I can't even get Don & Millie's to do a 2 and order through the drive thru. I use to get food for a client and they wouldn't let me order separately for myself. Too inconvenient for them. Hey Don & Millie's do some studieying on what makes a great ff restaurant because this never is it. P.S.I don't need an automated response to this.
I just left the location off 161st Maple and the employee that took my order was the most pleasant and friendly clerk that I've encountered in a very long time.I believe her name was daiquiri.I'm huge on customer service and it seems to be a list art, these days.How refreshing to experience it, this afternoon.It made my food, much better 😋

Great fast food but way too slow.Sat in drive through 14 minutes with only one car ahead of me. It's fresh food so it tastes good but I can cook hamburgers quicker at home.I worried about this as it's always slow but this is the last time I spend that much time waiting.Time is our greatest resource and I spent way too much of it sitting in a supposedly fast food line with no cars in it.
