Rusty Taco in Omaha is a fantastic go-to for taco lovers, especially vegetarians! 🌮 I’m obsessed with their crispy cauliflower tacos - perfectly spiced and topped with creamy avocado, they’re a heavenly treat.

The loaded black bean nachos are a must-try too! With friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere, manager Derrick adds a nice touch of hospitality.

While I found the birria tacos a tad under seasoned, the overall experience was delightful. Try the limited-time Margarita flight, just a bit on the sweet side for me. Can’t wait to return! 🌟
