Its been a long time since me and my husband visited Olive Garden, we visited it today expecting the great service it always provided in the past.
Overall experience was average, food was ok and service was average as well, we would have love to receive more engagement from our server, she was friendly but our drink remained empty for most of our visit.
It took 30 minutes for us to receive the desert and our plates got removed way after that.
Its not the worst experience but we were expecting more since in the past we have had amazing experiences with the restaurant

The food here never disappoints! It’s the taste of quality.
And with a caring team who ensures the service and food remains of quality, time after time!

We hadn’t been back to Olive Garden in years.
I’m very happy to say that this experience went perfectly from start to finish. We had a wonderful server.
They kept checking on us and making sure everything was going well. The soup was fabulous.
Perfect temperature and very savory with lots of potato and sausage. Our entrées were delicious and we each had enough for a second meal. We ordered the strawberry cake for dessert, and it was just what we wanted - a lighter style cake and lots of strawberry sauce to add sweetness. I’m glad to see that Olive Garden has improved so much since our last visit.
