I am so highly disappointed in Panera Bread.I've been traveling from out of state and finally was able to eat a meal.I chose Panera Bread and that was a HUGE mistake on my part! I ordered the Green Goddess salad and ask for no bacon and no tomatoes TWICE! They said they are out of bread for my side so I chose chips.I also asked for an extra dressing.I get to my hotel to eat and unbagged the most unappetizing salad I've ever seen.I couldn't even eat it because they put tomatoes on it against my request. The egg looked like someone bit half of it off.The avocado and chicken looked like it was chewed up and put on my salad.Absolutely disgusting!!! The dressing was definitely watered down and the already small container were only half filled.I guess that's their way of giving but not really giving extra dressing. They should be ashamed of themselves for this plus ruining my night. Now I'm left trying to find food out of a vending machine. What a way to end a long day.
Lady didn't listen to the order at all, sloppy in the bowl, preparation was not the normal, lady didn't talk at the window, just overall bad attitude.Food itself was good just wouldn't go back due to service.
This wasn't my first time going to Panera Bread but every other time I forgot my phone or camera. This is one of my wife's favorite places to go to.So it wasn't unexpected when she had a gift card and wanted to use it! There's ample parking in this Plaza where it's located. It even has a drive-thru if you don't want to go inside. Like every other time I've went there, the staff has been friendly. This restaurant was not available in Texas so every time I went in I've always had the cashier pick something that was their favorite, for me to eat. And this time around I got the chicken burger that I'm told is arrival of chick-fil-a's.A couple that with some mac and cheese and a beverage. The wife went with the Margarita Pizza that she loves, a sandwich and beverage. Both of them come with bread but there's a few other choices that you can choose from if you're not a bread fan. The food is tasty as always and I definitely would recommend the place to anyone who wanted to try.The only thing that I would say is the price tag is not like other fast food restaurants. Our food came to $42 so basically $20 per person as opposed to the $10 to $15 that seems to be the average at other places. I personally feel the food is well worth it.
