I went to Chili’s tonight for the first time in years and I ordered the chicken crispers Combo Dipped in mild sauce with fries and a house salad.
I had to call in my order because I wasn’t able to make my customization online.
The woman that took my order provided me with exceptional customer service.
She went above and beyond to help me and she was the same woman that helped me when I got to the restaurant.
By the time I got home and ate my food, it was still fresh and was good quality.
They went above what I expected.

Leisurely late lunch.
Got the meal deal special.
Only one wait person.
Took a little time and the service was good.
My friend got the old timers burger no pink.
It was charred around the edges and moist on the inside-no pink.
Most perfect cook per my friend.
I got the crispy chicken like a hot Nashville style.
Excellent.
I got the chicken soup and my friend got the loaded potato soup.
Drinks included in the special.

The service was very prompt, with the Servers catering to your every need.
I was very impressed with how the Server made sure a customer was really getting something for their money, but would really enjoy as far as eating as well.
I like how they always came around asking if you needed anything, not only your Server, but the other Servers as well...working as a TEAM! The food was delicious, and I will definitely be coming back again!
