Noir Restaurant & Bar is a delightful gem on Passyunk Ave! 🍝 I recently dined there for dinner, and it exceeded my expectations. The cozy atmosphere felt like a welcoming neighborhood café, making it perfect for a laid-back evening.

I savored the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer - so delicious! For my main, the spinach gnocchi was light and flavorful, a rarity for gnocchi. And I can't forget the fabulous cocktails - definitely a highlight! The staff was amazing, attentive, and friendly. Can’t wait to return! ✨
