Happy Dragon Chinese Restaurant is a hidden gem in South Philly! 🍜 I popped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the warm, cozy atmosphere.

The fried dumplings were crispy and flavorful, while the General Tso's chicken had just the right kick. I can't understand the criticism of the crab Rangoon; it's deliciously stuffed with crab and cream cheese!

Service was fast, and I appreciated the wheelchair-accessible facilities. So glad they're still open despite the construction outside. Do yourself a favor and support this lovely spot! 🌟
