I don’t see any reason to go to any other dim sum spot in Chinatown, this one is perfect.
It opens at 10:30am and when I arrived at 10:45am, it was already packed.
The staff were very welcoming and explained the different tea options to me.
I was even suggested to wait and let it brew a bit.
There were a congee cart, dim sum cart, and dessert cart fully stocked around all the time, as well as some specialty items like coconut milk and pork bun.
I absolutely loved the beef tripe, turnip cake, shrimp rice rolls, and greens, but my favorite were the chicken feet.
I know that not everyone enjoys it, but to me this is a delicacy.
In the evening, there was some music and entertainment.

A standout feature is the staff's friendliness and attentive service, which significantly enhanced my dining experience. Regarding the food, the dim sum was decent, although I'd rate it around 3 to 3.5 stars in terms of flavor and variety.
However, a pleasant surprise was the crab meat soup dumplings, which were exceptionally good and worth a special mention. In summary, while the dim sum at Ocean City Restaurant may not be the best in town, the combination of a welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and a few standout dishes like the crab meat soup dumplings make it a worthy option.
My 4-star rating reflects my overall satisfaction and a nod to supporting local businesses in the community.

Under new management! The food was better than I remembered and we went on a weekday.
The dim sum cart is still alive and well at this location.
The shrimp shumai and the stuffed peppers were my favorite.
I would recommend this place and they do the credit card with a surcharge.
