Heng Seng Restaurant is a delightful hidden gem in Philadelphia! 🌟 Just a tiny spot but so cozy and inviting, filled with friendly locals enjoying authentic Cambodian dishes.

I indulged in the Phnom Penh Style Rice Noodles - absolutely refreshing with a clean broth that warmed my soul. The dry Egg Noodles were savory and perfectly complemented by a rich soup. Everything is made to order, and you can tell there’s love in each plate.

Cash only makes it feel like a homey, no-fuss place. Can’t wait to go back for more delicious comfort food! 🍜✨
