New Phnom Penh Restaurant is a delightful gem for anyone craving Cambodian comfort food! 🍲 I tried the beef stewed with noodle soup, and it was an explosion of flavors - definitely satisfying enough to share, but I couldn't resist finishing it myself! The egg soda was a unique treat, perfectly refreshing.

The atmosphere is casual, and the staff is super friendly, making it a great spot for solo dining or small groups.

While I wished the spring rolls were crispier, the fried dough more than made up for it. I'll be back for that Cambodian Special Fried Shrimp! 🦐✨
