New China Town is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Chinese food in Birmingham! 🍜 I recently indulged in their Mongolian Beef with extra beef - absolutely scrumptious! The Special Fried Rice paired beautifully, giving me that 'taste of home' I missed from New York.

The portion sizes are generous, perfect for sharing (or saving for later!). I also loved their egg rolls and hot Won Ton soup; everything was fresh and flavorful. Though they currently only offer takeout and delivery, the food is worth the journey. Can't wait to go back! 😍
