Mellow Mushroom in Birmingham is a pizza paradise! 🍕 I had the Mighty Meaty and the Great White, and both were spectacular. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the cheese was divine.
We kicked off our meal with the large pretzel, which was HUGE and paired nicely with beer cheese! The vibe is incredibly welcoming, with a lovely dog-friendly patio that’s surprisingly cozy even in the rain.
Service was generally quick and friendly, though it did get a bit warm inside. Can’t wait to return for more deliciousness! 😊
