Chick-fil-A

Staff was extremely pleasant, we got our order quick and it was accurate and delicious.
The dining room service staff was working hard to keep everything clean and tidy! Bonus was that they have a small play area for kids! Just what we needed while waiting for a doctor's appointment at UAB!

The weirdest thing happened to me when I was eating my Chick-fil-A fries after ordering curbside and driving to work.
I was multitasking while eating the fries and I noticed a weird taste in my mouth.
I pulled out what I thought would be a burnt fry, but in fact it was a piece of brown mulch.
I took a picture of it and then threw it away along with the rest of my fries (which luckily there wasn't that many left).
The saddest part about this was I had ordered a large sweet tea but got an unsweet tea instead so I couldn't even wash down the bad mulch taste with a refreshing CFA sweet tea.
(Honestly Im a little more upset about the tea than the mulch).
I went on to eat my sandwich but it just tasted like mulch after that so not a pleasant experience at all.

Visited on a Friday afternoon when it wasn't busy, and service was not great.
I ordered from the app for dine in, but my order was never brought to my table.
After a while I had to go up and ask for it.
The first person who asked me for my name to find the order just walked away and didn't bother to even look for it.
I had to wait for another person to come and ask again before I finally got my order.
I've been to several other CFA locations all over Birmingham, and none of them had employees who seemed less interested in their jobs than this place.
