Mugi Ramen and Poke is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs! 🌟 I tried the veggie ramen, and it was delicious - plus, the gluten-free noodles actually tasted great! My husband loved the tomato ramen, while the spicy Shoyu was a hit for me.

The star of the show was the Ika Geso Karaage; those fried squid tentacles were incredible! Staff was friendly, and the cozy vibe makes it an awesome date idea. The only downside was the $16 price tag for a bowl, but the quality and portion make it worth it. Highly recommend! 🍜✨
