Torchy's Tacos

Food was pretty yummy, though salmon was a bit dry/overcooked.
Young lady who delivered food was not friendly at all & looked like she hated working there.
Pretty nice vibe there with numerous TVs to watch mostly sports, but the fun Torchy’s channel to watch funny bloopers, too.
Gets very breezy & chilly inside when people open the exit door to leave.

Just tried out this spot.
The ambience was good with a definite city vibe! Staff were helpful.Tacos were decent, but I can't say they were awesome.
I thought the tacos were creatively named so customers remember which ones they should come back for.
Sadly, the pork carnitas were drier than the Sahara and lacked flavor.
Next time, I'll stick to the trailer park and the "damn good" fried chicken.

Flew in with some friends in a small plane to Colorado Springs to pick up his son from the AF academy for THX, and hit Torchy's on the way. He has eaten at Torchy's a few times and said this one was good today, but is generally the worst one in the area.
In reading prior reviews, it seems like there may be some inconsistencies between visits that result in poor ratings. My review is based on my visit, and I give it 4.5 stars.
Everything was stupendous, except for the customer service at the end, which is why I deducted half star. Everything about the restaurant was pretty neat.
The exterior was clean and stylish.
The interior was well designed, and followed the theme of the business. I ordered the trailer park and the bushfire.
I can't remember what's it's called, but you can get it smothered with a queso for a little more $.
I forgot to ask for it, and the waitress brought me out a bowl, so you can see before and after pics of my food. I thought the food was outstanding.
The trailer park chicken was very tender and juicy, and the flavors were on point.
I think the bushfire was also very good, but the flavors of the trailer park really did it for me. The hot sauce for the bushfire hit all the marks hot sauce should hit.
Has just a little bit to make the nose start to run, just enough to feel it in your mouth but not burn, and just a little bit of gut burn to let you know it's there, but not make you sick. I have a friend at home who we share hot sauces with because we both like it spicy.
When I asked for a to-go cup after we were finished, she disappeared and never came back.
We waited for 10-15 min, and she never resurfaced.
We snagged someone else and got a couple cups pretty quick. The specialty juice/drinks were also low, or out.
Considering we got there before the lunch rush, the drinks should have been full. All in all, a solid 4.5 stars forbthis experience.
They should put one in Utah.
