We were greeted by Terri with a smile before we ordered.
The restaurant was very clean and bright.
I had been wanting to try Whataburger for awhile - it had been over 30 years since I lived in Texas. I was a bit disappointed in the meat patty.
It was pretty thin, making it very dry.
The hamburger buns seemed smash, slightly hard.
The Onion Rings and French Fries were definitely a saving grace. I was somewhat disappointed in my home state trying to pass this off to Colorado residents as a hamburger.
I wonder if not everything is bigger in Texas anymore?

I've ordered 10 times and the amount of times where my orders were wrong or bad was 4 times...
4 times out of 10 is rediculous.
Lately the burgers have been very dry and seems overcooked.
They don't really fill your fry orders.
Picture attached was from a Large fry purchased today 4/9/24.
It's maybe 2/3 full barely over half way...
the last time I ordered a Large and they gave me a medium that was a little over half full as well...
one time i had to go back wastingmy entire lunch becausethey gave me a single burger instead of a double...
it's not life or death (I know this) and I probably don't need the Large size or a double...
but that's not the point the point is that I ordered and paid for something and they have messed up 40%...
