Minsky's Pizza

Walk in for to go order I was greeted by do you have a Togo order.
Not even a hi how are you or welcome woukd you loke to place an order.
I ordered my food and sat at the bar for a beer while I waited.
Usually a very comfortable environment but tonight was folding boxes, rolling Silverware and taking to eachother over the customer sitting there.
The bartender was friendly and talked to me a few mins.
I was greeted on my way out have a good night.
After I got home woth my side salad with spring mix only it was spring mix on top of iceberg all shredded and mostly core.
Believe it or not lettuce ia green thus the reason I ordered spring mix.
So I wanted to thank you for my all of bites of salad.

We ordered a "build your own pizza" with the online receipt showing the cost for additional toppings.
We ended up with a plain cheese, but didn't realize it until we got home.
Why anyone would customize a pizza and only go cheese, I don't know. We called and offered to bring the pizza back in for the correct order.
They said they "couldn't" accept it and offered a 20% discount on a new order. If that wasn't bad enough, the pizza was hard and cold; cardboard pizza. Don't go here, go to literally any other Minsky's; even QT has better service.

I'm reviewing their mushrooms only.
I'm not a pizza fan, but my partner loves their pizza so we go when he wants one.
I loved what appeared to be their hand battered fried mushrooms.
At some point this summer, they changed to generic frozen breaded ones like you'd expect at a fast food place.
Worse, when I asked about it, the GM tried to gaslight me into believing they hadn't changed them.
The chicken sandwich was ok, but not worth the price.
My review of the service is for our sweet server, not the GM.
