Minsky's Pizza has long been a local favorite, and my recent visit leaned more towards the mixed side of things. 🍕

The bar vibe is usually welcoming, but it felt a bit off on this trip with staff folding boxes and chatting amidst customers. While the bartender was friendly, I was disappointed when my build-your-own pizza arrived as just cheese - definitely not what I ordered!

The side salad? A bit too much iceberg for my taste. But I must say, the thin crust pizza is something special - when it's right! Perhaps just not on this night...
