Mi Ranchito in Olathe is a delightful Mexican gem! 🌮 I recently visited during taco Tuesday and ordered the 4 Chorizo tacos with beans and rice. Absolutely delicious and packed with flavor!
The Chicken Fajita Bowl my friend got was equally impressive. The complimentary chips and salsa were a great start, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Fast service kept our evening stress-free, though my drink refills could've been quicker.
I can't wait to return and try that Jalisco Chimichanga everyone raves about! Highly recommend! 🎉
