Omg, the best chimichanga I’ve had in a long time!! Not too crispy, perfect balance of soft and crispy, and the sauce on the side kept everything crisp! The drinks were amazing & the service was great! The espinaca had a kick and I can see why they serve it by the gallon- chefs kiss.New favorite spot.
Had a strawberry/mango margarita with a sugar rim. Sat at the bar until my food was ready to go.Friendly bartender.I give them 10 out of 10 burritos!
This delicious dish is the Jalisco Chimichanga.I would highly recommend it.It was flavorful and the Monterey Jack and cream cheese on top was out of this world.We had an amazing server at Mi Ranchito! Definitely a great place in Olathe.There is a front and back entrance to the restaurant.There is definitely more parking in the back.
