They always forget something, Night Shift is the worse.
Today, they forgot both my Powerade which I asked for right away ( and probably the only competent employee got it for me , a tall young lady with a mask, she also happens to be the one to give me the nuggets apologizing and resolving the issue.
While all managers hid.
She should be promoted) and got only to the end of the drive to realize I had got a meal as well with a drink.
So I drove around to get it.
Once back in my truck checked to make sure I got everything and I thought I did.
Nope… got home and to my surprise my 4pc box filled with pickles….
And there I drove back so my 3 ur old could have her nuggets but when I came to the door, was told by a worker that was told by a manager( that clearly saw me but refused to talk to me) that I had to get in line thru the drive thru…… I’m still sitting in line will update if I ever get my nuggets I paid for…

Went through the drive thru, service was good there but when I drove off my granddaughter had the bag so I didn’t look inside.
We ordered 2 Grimace’s meals and only got 1 order of medium fries instead of 2 so I turned and went back.
This time I went inside, asked the lady at the counter to look at my receipt and tell me what was missing.
Naturally she noticed that an order of fries weren’t in the bag, I then asked if we could get fresh fries and she handed me another bag with 2 Lg fries, the were hotter but definitely overcooked.
😟 Get home to eat and this Big Mac has so much “special sauce “ it made the sandwich taste horrible 😒 Never had a problem there but the customer service inside is so bad even the lady next to me said something about the girl having an attitude.

Looks like workers dont know how to read. The 4th time i had a missing Item delivered.
I will and will make sure to never get delivery in this store again.
