This is the fast food of BBQ.
The brisket simply wasn't good (very bland and overcooked) and was covered with a lousy red(ish) sauce, which is BMBBQ's awful attempt at BBQ sauce. The Mac n' cheese was better than the brisket, although it still wasn't great. Updated to reply to the business: your brisket is TERRIBLE.
I will never buy brisket from your company ever again.

** Check and count Your order prior to departure" Ordered a 15 piece Family meal, got home I had a 10 piece only.
I called and spoke with Mgr.
Took his name for a 15 piece chicken replacement only to my understanding next time I went by. For a Family of 6 it's not enough so I gathered everything and went back just to have the meal fixed.
I got there and asked for Mgr.
He says it will be about 30 mins because they were already closing down.
I waited for order and asked if he was sure it was a 15 piece he said yes I went to the car outside and my son counted the chicken and we were short a piece.
I recounted.
They had already locked the doors so after knocking twice I went to drive thru window. Once mgr came to the window he opened it and I told him I'm short a piece.
I even offered to count it again with him there. He opened the box and said no that's ok went to the (what I assumed was) the kitchen area and took some time.
The crew was wiping down and I even got an apology from a Crew member not the mgr during this time. Waited and then he returned with what he said was 5 more pieces. Got home and we'll pictures are louder than words.

Dude in the mic just kept rushing wouldn't allow me to finish speaking if your a mind reader don't ask me what I would like to eat.
Just put my order in and tell me to pull up.
That's how I felt during the experience and it was upsetting me.
Food came out wrong but the lady at the windows fixed it very quickly and it was nice and hot and fresh so good recovery on the food work on the drive thru experience it's okay to let customers talk.
